Started an agency

  • Before starting Tapflow, Jordan owned a full-service marketing agency called West Wind, that focused on serving DTC & Tech brands via paid ads, creative, and growth strategy services.

Began Operations consulting

  • Throughout his time running West Wind, Jordan had naturally began consulting his clients on how to best structure their digtal operations.

Tapflow Was Born

  • Jordan saw how rare, yet crucial it was to run a healthy business. The help that mot businesses needed just didn't really exist, which inspired the birth of Tapflow. Jordan has always been a systems thinker, and he wanted to legitimize the years of consulting he'd done over the years and offer the clarity and peace of mind that comes with a more streamlined business.

Left ad agency

  • Shortly after starting Tapflow, Jordan set down his DTC agency to go 'all in' on operations consulting. The ratio of ad agencies to operations consultancies illuminated the need for this work.
