We are looking for an Growth Strategist to help our amazing clients overcome internal chaos so they can spend more time serving their customers and growing their businesses.
We believe that agency owners should not have to manually do the same thing twice. We help them overcome chaos by leading their team through our 3x4 process to define their goals and workflow needs, design their system, document processes inside their project management platform, and train their entire team so everyone knows how to keep the system updated.

During the onboarding process, you will have training on the Tapflow Proven Process, tooling, documentation, and rules of engagement and will receive guidance on how to best coach clients. However, you will be expected to hit the ground running, taking initiative and finding solutions as you go.
